Leah Milne, MScPT, BScKin Pelvic Floor Specialist
Leah is a Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience and a passion for Women’s Health. After graduating with distinction from the University of Alberta (BScKin ‘10, MScPT ‘12), Leah’s clinical focus shifted toward the perinatal population. This sparked a deep dive into pelvic health, leading her to Sydney, Australia, to train at the Women’s Health Training Institute.
Leah’s expertise includes treating dyspareunia, anorectal disorders, and pelvic floor dysfunction in women, as well as providing specialized pessary fitting and care. With a strong background in Pilates, she emphasizes the quality of movement, helping patients find strength and function through education and exercise prescription.
Outside the Clinic: Leah practices what she preaches, staying active through her love of running and various fitness pursuits. As a mother to two children (ages 4 and 7), she understands the juggle of family life and the importance of maintaining a body that feels strong and capable. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her outdoors, running or enjoying quality time with her family.
